Christmas 2025 Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us this festive season. Please read our Christmas 2025 policy for information on ordering, delivery, and returns during the holiday period.

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 days of being placed.
If we encounter any issue with your order, we will contact you within 48 hours.

Stock & Website Information

Please note that we update everything on our website manually while also working in the shop. During busy periods, this may mean that some titles appear as available online even if they have just sold out in-store. We will contact you as soon as possible if this affects your order.

Shipping Information

Orders under 2kg are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Orders over 2kg are dispatched with Evri.
Please note that during the Christmas period, postal and courier services may experience seasonal delays, which are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Books must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

We are unable to offer free returns, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For missing or lost parcels: carriers require 14 business days before a parcel can be officially classed as missing. We are therefore unable to issue a refund or replacement until this time has passed.
